How to Add a Command to Excel Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) quickly

To add any command in Excel Ribbon quickly to Excel Quick Access Toolbar (QAT), right click the command and select "Add to Quick Access Toolbar", as shown in below image.

Below image shows the context menu when "Format Painter" command is right clicked.

As shown in below image, you can see that the command is added to Excel Quick Access Toolbar. You cannot add the same command again, as the "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" menu is grayed out (disabled).

How to Remove a Command from Excel Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) quickly

To remove a command from Excel Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) quickly, right click the command on Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) and select "Remove from Quick Access Toolbar".
